For the safest and best setup experience, please choose the flattest area available in your yard. The setup location must be within 50 feet of a power source, as using longer extension cords can reduce blower performance and may cause the blower to overheat or fail.

The setup area should also be:

  • Free of sticks, sharp objects, debris, and animal waste

  • Clear of any obstacles or hazards

  • Easily accessible for delivery and setup

For the protection of our equipment, we are unable to set up on:

  • Dirt

  • Gravel

  • Mulch

Lastly, DO NOT MOW YOUR LAWN WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RENTAL as the clippings can stain the unit.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Adult supervision is required at ALL times

Do not move the inflatable after setup — stakes or sandbags must remain in place

All shoes must be removed before entering the inflatable

Please remove eyeglasses, contacts, and sharp items — including necklaces, beads, pins, buckles, and jewelry

No rafts, pool noodles, or objects may be used on slides

No climbing on netting, walls, or any outer surfaces

Absolutely no flips, roughhousing, wrestling, or horseplay

The following items are not allowed inside or around the inflatable:

Face paints

Oils or lotions

Soaps

Silly String

Water balloons

Glitter or confetti

Food, gum, candy, soda

Toys, animals, or sand

Important: These items can permanently damage our equipment. 

If any of the above are found in or on the unit, a CLEANING/DAMAGE FEE of $150–$500 may apply.

If the inflatable is damaged beyond repair, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost.

SLIDE SAFETY GUIDELINES:

No jumping or bouncing from the top

Never slide face-first or backward

Only one person at a time on the stairs and slide

All of our units, with the exception of the Obstacle Course, can be used as water units! 💦

For water setups, customers will need to provide a standard garden hose with no large attachments, as the hose must fit inside the unit’s water sleeve. Please have the hose connected and accessible at the time of setup.

To ensure proper operation:

  • Water should be turned on to only a slight trickle
  • Excessive water pressure can cause flooding inside the inflatable

Before pickup, all splash pools must be fully drained. Units with pools that have not been drained prior to pickup will be subject to a $50 drainage fee.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags (surface fee applies).

To help our pickup process go quickly and smoothly, we ask that the inflatable be returned as close as possible to the condition it was in when delivered. 🎉

Before pickup, please:

  • Remove all personal items and debris, including socks, balls, toys, hair ties, food, and trash
  • Remove any heavy mud from the unit
  • Drain all splash pools completely
  • Wipe away any standing or pooled water inside the inflatable, especially after rain

The best way to help dry the unit is to leave it inflated with the blower running so air can continue circulating through the inflatable.

Please note:
Units that require excessive cleaning may be subject to a cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $200, depending on the condition of the unit upon pickup.

Important Damage Policy

The following items are strictly prohibited on or near any inflatable:

  • Silly string
  • Water balloons
  • Soaps, oils, or slippery substances

Use of these items will result in an automatic damage fee ranging from $100 to $500.

Silly string is especially damaging, as it can melt into the vinyl and permanently ruin the inflatable. If excessive silly string damage occurs, customers may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the unit.

By signing the rental agreement, the customer accepts full responsibility for the inflatable and agrees to be held financially responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.

If damage occurs that is beyond repair, the customer may be responsible for:

  • The full replacement cost of the unit
  • Any lost or cancelled rentals resulting from the unit being unavailable for service
